SORRY NO MORE FIELD TRIPS
I will leave all this info up for everybody to read but at the moment we will not do field trips. We are working hard on getting our milk on the market.This is a 16hr a day job for all 5 of us.
Field trips and Tours
Starting fall 2007 we will give the public the opportunity to tour our soon to be Organic Dairy. A guided tour will introduce you to our cows and a variety of other farm animals.
You will see how cows are milked(if you come when we are milking) our milking times have changed we now milk our cows 1x a day at 9 a.m.. You will have hands on milking experience. There is a possibility to pet and feed the small animals. These tours will last approximately 1.5hrs and will go thru the milk process from cow to you.
At the end of the tour each visitor will receive a "goody bag" with information sheets, pencil, eraser, key ring, etc.
These tours take place from November 1th trough December 15th 2010 and from January 10th trough May 25th 2011.Tours will be every day of the week.
Costs will be $5. per person.
Groups of about 25 please.
